I’ve gone through a few iPads since they were released. And up until recently, I didn’t have any until my kids were like, “Daddy, can we have iPads so we can draw.” How can I say no to my kids. It really might be better for them to do that than watching YouTube or playing Roblox all day.
So I’ve tried different cases over the years and one that I really liked was the SUPCASE Unicorn Beetle Pro Series cases because they have saved my iPads a few more times than I’d like to admit. I totally recommend it and you can check them out here but there was a feature that drew me to the ZUGU iPad Case and I thought I’d give it a try.
Of course, this isn’t for me but you know who’s gonna use it while the kids are in school. 😂
Although ZUGU makes the same case for other versions of the iPad Pro, this specific review is for an iPad Pro 11 (3rd Generation).

Unboxing
Review
The iPad fits snugly into the case. Once you firmly push the iPad in position, it does not shuffle.
There is a cover that protects the screen that can be folded back and used to hold up the iPad at multiple angles so that you can watch your favorite Netflix video in landscape mode.
When you close the cover, it puts the iPad to sleep.
At 1.1 lbs, it adds a little bit of weight, but it’s rigid weight. Its mass that protects the iPad.
There are 2 areas for holding the Apple Pencil. There is a fabric pocket in the back of the case and also a rubber holster on the side spine of the iPad which allows it to charge at the same time.
My personal favorite feature is its strong magnets. The cover can be folded back so that you can place the iPad on your refrigerator. It’s great for when I’m preparing my mid day snack and decide to watch WUL.

I’m glad I purchased this. In fact I purchased another in Stealth Black for Bennett.
I definitely recommend this case. This is rated 5 stars on Amazon. Now that says something.
Maybe this case isn’t for you because of it’s form or function, so I have a couple of recommendations as I have had many iPads and Cases over the years.
If you are looking for a case with a keyboard, consider the Apple Magic Keyboard. If the price tag is too steep, consider the Logitech Slim Folio Pro Keyboard Case for less than half the price.
If you are a business and carry that iPad like it’s an appendage, consider the SEYMAC iPad Pro Shockproof Case.
I’d never recommend any case that would allow you to take your iPad underwater. Use a GoPro for that. 😜
